How does Heads Up Kids promote positive mental health?

Our Outcomes

Teachers following the Heads Up Kids wellbeing curriculum have observed the following outcomes:

  • More empathy for each other

  • Greater class cohesion – they get on well and are able to work with classmates that are not their friends

  • Stronger relationships with their peers and teachers

  • A tool box to manage friendship difficulties

  • An improved capacity to express themselves and ask for help

  • Strategies to help regulate their emotions

  • Children have learnt the impact of positive thinking

  • Children have improved confidence, self-esteem and resilience

How different would the world be if all children had the skills and tools to express themselves, feel good about themselves and know how to ask for help?
